How does this unique sales service work?

Step one.

When you contact our office, we will make an appointment for Joe Harte to meet with you in your house.  Joe will explain exactly how the service operates and how our experience is that it has been very affective at maximising what you sell for.

Step Two.

If you decide to use our service, we will recommend three auctioneers to meet you in your house and value your property.  In conjunction with you, and respecting that you can make the final decision, one of the three auctioneers is appointed.  We will negotiate a competitive fee on your behalf with the auctioneer before finalising their appointment.

Step three.

We offer to receive all details of offers made from the auctioneer.  We will consider them and recommend whether or not we think you should sell or not for those offers and why. Our inclination tends to be not to rush into accepting offers. Our absolute focus is to try to get as much as possible for you.  We always respect that the final decision is yours.

Step four.

If unacceptable offer is received, we still offer to remain involved until your property sale is completed legally. We offer to liaise with not only the selling auctioneer but also with your solicitor if you wish.

Location of properties being so sold

Our office is based on Main Street, Carrigaline, Co Cork. We are doing this sales service in Carrigaline.  The nature of our sales service described above is equally effective in other locations.  In order to demonstrate this point, we have included customer testimonials from locations other than Carrigaline.

I obtained a degree in marketing following 4 years night study with the Marketing Institute of Ireland. This marketing qualification, combined with 29 years’ work experience, is a help in relation to managing the sales process to try to maximise your sale price.

I have successfully completed an SCSI Certificate in Property Studies. This is in addition to a property diploma that I obtained in 2003. I have successfully completed an SCSI Degree in Property Studies in 2018.
